Feedbackly is a feedback collection platform that allows users to create feedback boards, collect feature requests, and let their users vote on submissions. The Service includes web-based tools, embeddable widgets, and related features.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless you cancel before the renewal date

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability
