Will imported content be public?

You choose what becomes public. Edit and select requests before publishing. Ongoing Slack and Notion imports wait in a private review queue; published boards are publicly accessible.

Can my team manage the board together?

Each account has one board owner. Customers and teammates can submit requests, vote, and comment publicly. Shared administration and private boards are not currently included.

What do value scores mean?

Automatic scores are estimates based on request text, votes, and your configured context. They are not measured revenue impact. Review and override them using your product knowledge.

What happens after the trial?

The trial lasts seven days. Choose a paid plan to continue collecting requests. Existing content is retained; public participation pauses when the account has no active access.

Can I move from another feedback tool?

Start with a CSV export containing titles and descriptions. Preview up to 100 requests per setup. Historical votes, customer identities, attachments, and roadmap statuses are not migrated automatically.
